Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, with original tags and the original order number.

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees; tracking and insurance are encouraged.

Some items may be considered final sale and may not be eligible for return.

All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.

ALL BRALETTES, BODYSUITS, HOSIERY/TIGHTS, JEWELRY, BODY PRODUCTS, GIFT CARDS, LAST CHANCE and SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.

Items purchased using discount codes of 50% off or more are considered sale items and labeled as final sale at time of purchase.
Instructions for Returns:

To start the return process, click “Start a Return”below or find it in the footer menu of the website.

After your return has been accepted you can mail back the item(s). If you choose to use the prepaid label, $10.00 will be deducted from your store credit. Please note that the prepaid label must be used within 3 business days or it will expire.

Once your return is delivered it will be processed within 3 business days and you will receive an email to confirm the return has been completed.
